We size the machine to your site
Every format is self‑checkout and every one is serviced by us. Which unit goes into your building is our call, not a catalogue choice — it comes down to your headcount, your hours and the room we have to work with.
Why you don’t pick the machine
The right unit depends on how fast a site empties a shelf and how our restock route runs that week. Getting that wrong means either a machine that is half empty or one that runs dry on a Friday afternoon. So we size it, we install it, and if the site outgrows it we swap it — at our cost, not yours.
The house machine
The Max 620
Most new sites get a Max 620. It is the widest single-door unit we run, which means the broadest assortment and the longest stretch between service visits.
Footprint
31.5″ wide × 26″ deep
Allow a 32-inch run of wall. Depth is about the same as a standard office fridge, so it sits flat against the wall without eating a walkway.
Height
79.5″ tall
That clears a standard 80‑inch interior door with half an inch to spare. Tight, but it goes in — and it is the honest answer to “will it actually get through the door?”
Power
One standard outlet
A single 120V socket within reach of where it stands. No dedicated circuit, no plumbing, no data line — it uses cellular.
The rest of the fleet
Where a different unit makes more sense
We reach for a smaller or specialised unit when there is a specific reason — a tight corner, a lower headcount, or a site that wants frozen product.
Plus Fridge
A full‑height glass‑door cooler and our standard workhorse: drinks, protein, grab‑and‑go and full-size snacks in one unit.
In the field: The Mill, Faded Barbershop.
Pro Cooler
Deeper shelves and more facings for sites that empty a machine fast. Where the volume justifies it we place two side by side.
In the field: YMCA Southeast (two units), YMCA Northwest.
Mini
The smallest footprint we place, for a tight corner and a steady but modest headcount — a warehouse break area, a small studio, a lobby.
In the field: Spencer YMCA, Senox warehouse.
Smart Freezer
Ice cream, frozen novelties and frozen meals behind the same tap‑and‑take door. It is around ten inches deeper than everything else, so it needs a little more room. Usually paired beside a cooler rather than placed alone.
In the field: The Mill.
Two units together
A cooler plus a freezer, or a cooler plus a second cooler, for sites big enough to need a proper selection. Spencer YMCA runs a Max and a Mini side by side.
In the field: Spencer YMCA, YMCA Southeast, The Mill.
Will it fit?
The short answer, for any of them
Width
26–31 inches
Every unit we run falls in this range, so width is rarely what stops a placement. Allow a little either side so the door opens fully.
Height
Around 77–80 inches
The whole fleet clears a standard 80‑inch interior door, though the tallest units do it with very little to spare. Worth measuring the doorway on the way in, not just the wall it will stand against.
Depth
About 26 inches
Roughly a standard office fridge — with one exception. The Smart Freezer is close to 36 inches deep, and in a corridor or a tight break room that is the difference between fits and doesn’t.
Not sure what fits?
Send us the room — a photo and a rough measurement is plenty. We will tell you what we would put there, and whether it is worth doing at all.
