Free smart vending for your business.
We install a self‑checkout cooler, stock it, service it, and take the risk. Your team taps a card, grabs what they want, and the door does the rest. No contract fee, no equipment cost, no one behind a counter.
Or call (812) 391-0630 and talk to a person.

Tap. Take. Enjoy.
Three seconds, start to finish
Nobody reads instructions on a vending machine. That is the point — there is nothing to read, nothing to select, and nothing to jam.
Step one
Tap to unlock
Tap a debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the reader. The card is authorized, not charged, and the door unlocks.
Step two
Take what you want
Open the door and take one item or six. Change your mind and put it back — the shelf knows. No buttons, no selection codes, no dropped bags of chips.
Step three
Walk away
Close the door and checkout runs itself — about 60 seconds later the receipt lands by text or email. You are already back at your desk.
Old vending vs. smart cooler
Why hosts rip out the old machine
A glass-front vending machine from 2005 is a coin box with a spiral motor. A smart cooler is a small unattended store. The difference shows up in what your people buy and how often they come back.
| Traditional vending | Tap N Take smart cooler | |
|---|---|---|
| Choosing an item | Type a code, hope it drops | Open the door and pick it up |
| Items stuck in the coil | Your staff hands out refunds | Impossible — there is no coil |
| Payment | Bills, coins, sometimes a card | Tap card, phone or watch |
| What fits | Cans and bagged snacks only | Bottles, cartons, fresh, frozen, protein, full-size bars |
| Restock schedule | A driver guesses on a fixed route | We watch stock levels remotely and come when it’s low |
| Empty rows | Nobody knows until someone complains | Flagged the moment the count drops |
| Cost to you | Sometimes a lease or minimum | $0 — equipment, stock and service are ours |
| Footprint | Bulky steel box | Fits a 32‑inch wall space, standard 120V outlet |
Where we fit
Built for places with people and no cashier
Gyms & recreation centers
Members finish a workout and want a cold protein drink, not a drive to the gas station. Our busiest placements are YMCA branches.
Coworking & offices
A stocked cooler beats a communal fridge nobody cleans. Live at The Mill in Bloomington.
Warehouses & plants
Second and third shift have nowhere to buy anything. A cooler by the break room runs when the vending route doesn’t.
Hotels & inns
Front desk stops selling waters and sodas at 11pm. The cooler doesn’t.
Clinics & medical
Staff and waiting families, around the clock, without adding anything to anyone’s job.
Schools & campuses
Cashless and auditable, with every sale on the record. Tell us the policy you have to meet and we’ll stock to it.
Common questions
The short answers
What does it cost my business?
Nothing. We own the machine, we buy the inventory, we service it, and we carry the insurance. You provide floor space and a standard outlet.
Who fixes it if it breaks?
We do. Your staff never touches the machine, never handles refunds, and never restocks anything.
What if someone takes something and doesn’t pay?
The card is authorized before the door opens, and the shelves track what leaves. Shrink is our risk, not yours.
Can we make requests about what’s stocked?
Absolutely — tell us and we’ll do our best to accommodate anything that makes sense for your site. We choose the final assortment, because it’s our inventory and our risk, and we start from what actually sells at similar places and adjust from there. But you know your people better than we do, and those suggestions are worth having.
Do we pay commission on sales?
We get asked this a lot, and it’s a fair question. The short answer is no — and we’d rather explain why than dress it up.
A commission has to come from somewhere, and it comes off the shelf. Every percentage point paid back to a host is a percentage point added to what your own staff and customers pay for a drink. We would rather hold the price down for the people actually using the machine than route money through your books and back out of their pockets.
What we’re really installing is an amenity. A stocked cooler keeps people on site: staff who would otherwise drive to a gas station stay in the building, breaks stay short, and visitors have a reason to linger rather than leave. For most of our hosts that is worth considerably more than a few dollars a month in a commission check — it shows up as time back, not as a line item.
And the risk sits entirely with us. We buy the machine, we buy the inventory, we service it, we carry the insurance, and we absorb anything that walks out unpaid. If a location turns out to be quieter than we hoped, that’s our loss to take, not yours. Carrying that risk in full is exactly what lets us put the machine in at no cost to you — and it’s why commission isn’t part of what we offer.
How does getting a machine actually work?
First we arrange a time to come and look at the space with you. Once we’ve both agreed it’s the right spot, we schedule the installation around your team. The install itself is usually under an hour, and the machine arrives stocked and ready to use.
