What you give up, and what you get

A smart cooler costs you nothing to host. Here is the whole arrangement, in plain English, before you have to ask.

What you provide

Floor space — about 32 inches of wall, somewhere your people already walk.

Power — one standard 120V outlet.

Access — a way for our driver to get in to restock.

That is the whole list.

What we provide

The machine, delivered and installed at our cost.

The inventory, bought and owned by us.

Service and restocking, on our schedule, driven by live stock data.

Payment processing, refunds and disputes — none of it touches your staff.

Insurance on the equipment.

The agreement

In plain English

TermWhat it means for you
Cost$0. No lease, no minimum purchase, no service fee.
Length36 months, with a further 36-month renewal term. That is what it takes to cover the cost of the machine we are putting in for free — and it is negotiable, so tell us if it doesn’t work for your site.
If you sell the buildingThe agreement moves with the premises. It does not die with a change of owner.
If you end it earlyYou cover the agreed value of the remaining term, based on the machine’s own average monthly profit.
LiabilityThe equipment is ours, insured by us, and the agreement says so explicitly.
Who sets the assortmentWe do — it is our inventory and our risk. We welcome suggestions and accommodate reasonable requests.

Summary only — the signed placement agreement governs.

Common questions

Before you ask

Do we get a share of the sales?

The short answer is no. We are not paying rent for the floor space, and you are not paying us for the machine or the stock. The value to you is that your people stop leaving the building, and that something is open at 5am and 11pm when nothing else is.

Who fills it and how often?

We do, on our own route. The machine reports its stock levels to us continuously, so we come when the shelves need us rather than on a fixed calendar.

What if it breaks?

You call us and we deal with it. The equipment is ours and insured by us. Your staff never has to touch a refund, a jam or a card dispute.

How quickly can it go in?

Once we have agreed a site and signed the placement agreement, we schedule the install around our route and the machine build. We will give you a real date rather than a guess — it is not a same‑day job.

Can we say no to certain products?

Yes. Tell us what matters — nut‑free, no energy drinks, a price cap for a school — and we will build the assortment around it. We set the mix because it is our stock and our risk, but a host’s constraints carry a lot of weight.

We will come and look at the room, tell you what we would put in it, and give you a straight answer on whether it is worth doing. No obligation and no cost.
